I had previously read the first book in this new series, "Severed Relations" and immediately ordered Book 2 when it was available for pre-order (promising arrival on July 1). Perfect timing as I'd then have "Foreign Relations" before I left for the 4th of July weekend so I'd have a great vacation read.

It did not disappoint/5(51). And yes, the participation of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) that few are aware of, makes it without doubt a shadow government.
